Number Porting support
If you're interested in making use of Voipfone's VoIP technology but already have a telephone number, fear not. You can easily port your number over to us hassle-free, the ported number is still owned and fully controlled by you. We do all the heavy lifting, once the number is ported and you're ready to start configuring your service we'll be in touch!
Below will walk you through the porting process.
Requirements:
- A Voipfone account (create one now)
- A Telephone bill showing your name, address and the telephone number you want to port (to prove ownership).
To start the number porting process head to Porting Requests (Services → Inbound numbers → Porting Requests).

Please note: Please take care to complete the forms fully and accurately; the porting process for landline numbers is unfortunately very fussy, and the losing provider will reject your port if it contains errors.
